A mid-winter yoga immersion in devotion, strength and renewal. Three days of Jivamukti, Budokon, breathwork, chanting, and fire-side stillness in the Magaliesberg valley.
This retreat is designed for the part of you that feels tired by the middle of the year, but still knows there is warmth, clarity and courage beneath the surface.
Tapas, agni and breath-led movement to rebuild energy without forcing the body. Work with the winter season rather than against it.
Restorative yoga, meditation, silence and yoga nidra for nervous-system reset. Let the winter quiet do its work.
A practice of steadiness and devotion — expressed through breath, movement, stillness and service to your own inner life.
This is not a retreat built around escaping winter. It is built around working with winter: warming the body, steadying the breath, slowing the mind, and returning to what matters.
Embodied philosophy, vinyasa, mantra and devotion. A practice rooted in ancient teachings for modern bodies and minds.
Strength, spinal waves, animal transitions and intelligent movement. Building graceful power for everyday life.
Downregulation, integration and deep rest. The practices that allow the real work to settle in.
"Teaches yoga as a practice of remembering — remembering the body, the breath, the heart, and the quiet fire within."
With over 21 years of practice and 11 years of teaching, Sajiv's work weaves together the strength of Budokon, the spiritual depth of Jivamukti, the softness of restorative yoga, and the stillness of meditation and yoga nidra.
His teaching is both structured and soulful. As an independent actuarial consultant, he brings precision and clarity. As a yoga teacher, he brings devotion, presence and a deep respect for the transformative power of practice.
This retreat is offered as a personal expression of renewal, courage and inner fire. It is an invitation to pause in the middle of winter, step away from the noise, and return to what is steady, warm and alive inside.
